About Loose Fillings

Loose Fillings is an occasional journal covering historic air-cooled
racing cars and the immediate post World War 2 revolution in racing car design.

Loose Fillings #49, the most recent, has an analysis of Ralt 1 by Tony Caldersmith and recollections of racing it by Reg Mulligan.This will be the last printed issue. Loose Fillings will continue on this website with new material appearing under the editor’s BLOG.

Loose Fillings is edited in Sydney by Terry Wright and published by Garry Simkin. The late Graham Howard was the founding editor.
